Our family of six had dinner at Dawaat on a Sunday evening. While the start of our visit wasn’t the smoothest—with a bit of a wait before a hostess came to seat us—we couldn’t help but notice that there were quite a few staff around. However, they all seemed preoccupied, possibly juggling a high volume of delivery or takeout orders. The front-of-house did feel a bit chaotic at first. That said, once our orders were taken, things turned around quickly. The food arrived surprisingly fast, and every dish exceeded our expectations. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and spiced just right—clearly prepared with care. Despite the slightly hectic beginning, we left feeling satisfied and would gladly recommend Dawaat to anyone looking for delicious, well-prepared Indian cuisine. A little more polish on the front-end service would make the experience top-notch.
